ACOUSTIC SESSION

This is an example of an acoustic session.

I recorded three different guitars with one strumming pattern:

Remotly recorded in my studio using a Neumann mic trough SPL valve preamp + DRAWMER compressor

This is an example of ambient and textural guitars:

-clean arpeggios with light modulation delays and long reverb

-clean muted rhythm pattern

-random melodic colors.

This is an example of rock guitars with different sounds:

power chords, swell evocative chords, slide guitars, Gilmour sounds with phaser delays and reverbs.

i recorded all the tracks of the album "BIG BANG" with Michael Sadler (SAGA), Rob Tiranti (LABYRINTH) and John Helliwel (SUPERTRAMP)

A session for the album of the songwriter Davide Geddo where i played typical clichè from country-folk and west coast.

I recorded:

-Seagull 12 strings acoustic guitar

-Martin D-40

-Banjo

A mix of different guitar solos recorded in my studio for the

Andrea Scatolero's album "Orizzonte Temporale".

Basically i used effect pedals in front of a Vox Ac-30 Heritage or

in some tracks an Epiphone head or a Mesa Boogie Lonestar.

Cabinet 2x12" loaded with Celestion Greenback and Vintage 30 miked with Sm 57 through a Neve preamp + Dbx 160a.
